Why we started SOPX

Early in our careers, we kept seeing the same problem in factories and field operations. Experienced people retire with the process knowledge in their heads. New hires get outdated binders and patchy handovers. The knowledge existed. It just wasn't in a form anyone could actually use.

What we're building now
