What is included in the 14-day free trial?
The trial includes up to 5 AI-generated SOPs, 3 AI translations, video imports up to 10 minutes, PDF imports up to 20 pages, and up to 100 members. Invite teammates to evaluate and build SOPs together during the trial.
How much does Pro cost?

Can I move from trial to Pro or Enterprise later?
Yes. You can start with the free trial, upgrade to Pro when ready, and move to Enterprise as your team and requirements grow. Estimate the ROI before deciding which plan fits.
Is there a user limit on Pro?
Yes. Pro is designed for teams up to 100 users. Larger teams can use Enterprise with custom rollout terms. Common for manufacturing operations and multi-site standardization.
Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. You can start the 14-day trial without a credit card.
How does monthly vs yearly billing work on Pro?
Pro supports both monthly and yearly billing. Yearly billing gets a 25% discount.
Do you offer SSO and priority support?
Yes. SSO, SCIM 2.0 user provisioning and deprovisioning, custom branding, priority support, and dedicated onboarding are all included in the Enterprise plan. SCIM creates, updates, and deactivates users from your identity provider; group provisioning is not supported.
Can I cancel if the plan is not a fit?

Can I share SOPs with people outside my organization?
Yes. Both Pro and Enterprise plans include public share links and QR codes. Anyone with the link can view the SOP without creating an account or logging in. You can also export SOPs to PDF or Word for email or print distribution. For teams bringing legacy procedures into a digital format, see PDF document import.
Are taxes included in the listed prices?
No. All prices are in USD and exclude VAT. The right tax is added at checkout based on your billing location. EU business customers can enter their VAT ID at checkout.
Are there limits on video length or PDF pages?
Yes. The free trial allows video imports up to 10 minutes and PDF imports up to 20 pages. Pro and Enterprise both handle 20 minutes per video and 100 pages per PDF by default. Enterprise customers can request longer and larger sources on top of that, up to 40 minutes per video and 500 pages or 200 MB per PDF, configured per organization.
Can we build one SOP from several videos and documents?
Yes. Multi-file AI generation takes up to 5 videos and up to 5 PDFs for the same procedure and reviews them together to produce one SOP. Each PDF is assigned a role: Procedure, which the steps are generated from, or Additional info, which the AI reads for context and detail that enriches the SOP rather than for steps. An Additional info file does not normally become steps, though the AI will add one where the document clearly calls for it. Videos are always Procedure, and you need at least one Procedure file to generate. It is included in the Enterprise plan.
What can we buy on top of a Pro plan?
Four things: Markdown export, SCORM 1.2 export, PowerPoint export with the step videos embedded, and custom branding. All four are purchased separately from your Pro subscription and billed on a yearly invoice rather than through self-serve checkout, and all four are already included on Enterprise. Everything else that is not in Pro, such as SSO, SCIM, and dedicated onboarding, requires Enterprise.
