Backend Developer (Gen AI, LLMs, Vector DBs)

Join our team as a Backend Developer and work on cutting-edge AI technologies to transform training videos into actionable SOPs.
Your responsibilties will be:
- Develop and maintain backend systems for AI processing and SOP generation
- Optimize Gen AI models and LLMs for accurate and efficient SOP creation
- Implement and manage vector databases for storing and retrieving training data
- Collaborate with frontend developers, data scientists, and product teams to deliver high-quality features
- Ensure the security and scalability of our backend infrastructure
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in backend development, preferably with AI technologies
- Strong knowledge of Gen AI, LLMs, and vector databases
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Typescript, Node.js
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, VPS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Frontend Developer (TypeScript, React, Hono)

Join our team as a Frontend Developer and build modern, high-performance interfaces for AI-powered tools that turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Your responsibilties will be:
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using TypeScript and React
- Design intuitive UI/UX flows for complex AI-driven features
- Integrate frontend systems with backend APIs and real-time services
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to ship polished features
- Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across the frontend stack
Position Requirements:
- Strong experience with TypeScript and modern frontend development
- Proficiency in React or similar component-based frameworks
- Experience building scalable frontend architectures and design systems
- Familiarity with API integration (REST, WebSockets) and state management
- Understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design

B2B Growth Marketer (Content, Video & AI)
Remote/Hybrid (EU time zone)
Own SOPX content and demand generation. You turn drafts and plans into published video and content, ship it on a schedule, watch the numbers, and keep improving the path from content to high-quality leads. You move fast with AI but never publish anything that feels generic.
Your responsibilties will be:
- Own the content engine: turn product and strategy drafts into published video, articles, and landing-page content
- Plan and run the content calendar, and publish on schedule across the channels that reach our ICP
- Produce and edit short product and demo videos, using AI where it speeds you up without hurting quality
- Monitor reactions, engagement, and the numbers, then double down on what drives qualified leads
- Run small, fast experiments to find non-obvious channels that reach operations, manufacturing, and food-production buyers
- Work directly with the founders to keep positioning sharp and genuinely B2B
- Improve the whole funnel from content to high-quality lead, not just traffic
Position Requirements:
- Solid grasp of B2B marketing and how it differs from B2C: longer sales cycles, buying committees, and lead quality over raw volume
- AI-fluent and innovative: you use AI tools every day to move faster, but you have a strong eye for quality, brand voice, and detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented: you spot opportunities, propose experiments, and do not wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable owning content end to end: short video, written content from briefs and drafts, planning, and publishing on schedule
- Data-literate: you read analytics (traffic, conversions, and especially lead quality) and adjust based on what actually works
- Focused on generating high-quality leads for a B2B SaaS, not vanity metrics
- Strong written English for marketing copy, comfortable in an EU time zone (Slovenian is a plus)
