What each Guidde plan unlocks
Free. Capture in the browser and record your own voiceover. The main plan card lists up to 25 how-to videos.
Pro. Unlimited videos, no watermark, a brand kit, export to MP4, PowerPoint and PDF, and blur for sensitive data. Capture stays web only.
Business. Unlimited AI text-to-voice, capture in web and desktop apps, upload of MP4 videos, turning PDF, PowerPoint and Word files into videos, interactive demos, and analytics. Premium voices are an add-on.
Enterprise. SSO and SCIM, translation into 50+ languages, automatic redaction of personal data, content review and version control, unlimited premium voices, SCORM export, quizzes and Broadcast.
What a team really pays
Business is where most teams land, because it adds desktop capture and video upload. Billed yearly:

Is Guidde worth it?
Yes, if your deliverable is a finished video. Guidde’s AI voices, its editor and its narrated output are strong. For product education, software onboarding or policy walkthroughs, it does the job well.
It fits less well when:
- People need to follow a procedure step by step. A narrated video is watched start to finish. On the floor, people need step six now.
- Steps change often. In our testing in August 2026, editing a step’s text detached it from its video clip, so small changes can mean re-recording.
- Your crew reads in several languages. Full translation is an Enterprise add-on.
- You need sign-off on training. Quizzes are on Enterprise, and assignments and sign-off are not documented.
